Which plan should I choose?
Choosing the right plan depends on two key factors:
- How many products do you have? Each unique product (including different sizes, colors, or flavors) needs its own GTIN, 2D Barcode, and Digital Link.
- Do your products already have GTINs? If they do, choose a Standard Plan. If not, you’ll need a Plan + GTINs.
What do Standard Plans include?
Standard Plans are designed for businesses that already have GTINs (EAN-13 or UPC barcodes) assigned to their products.
- Access to the IBN Link customer portal – Manage your products, upload images, and update product details anytime.
- 2D Barcodes – Generate scannable QR-format 2D Barcodes that link products to detailed digital information, all managed through our portal.
- Digital Links – Create Digital Links that direct customers to relevant product details, such as ingredients, instructions, or multilingual content based on their device language.
- Free 3-month trial – No payment required during the trial, then billed annually.
- Flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
Note: Your products must already have assigned GTINs (EAN-13 or UPC barcodes) to use this plan.
Standard Plan Options:
Choose a plan based on the total number of retail products you have, counting each variation (size, color, or packaging) as a separate product:
- Starter – Up to 10 products
- Business – Up to 100 products
- Premium – Up to 1,000 products
- Enterprise – Up to 10,000 products
What’s included in Plans + GTINs?
Plans + GTINs are ideal for businesses that don’t yet have GTINs assigned to their products.
- GTINs (EAN-13 barcode numbers) – You'll receive globally unique EAN-13 GTINs via your IBN Link dashboard. These are barcode numbers only. If you also need barcode images, please contact us.
- Access to the IBN Link customer portal – Easily manage products, upload images, and update product information at any time.
- 2D Barcodes – Generate QR-format 2D Barcodes that link your products to rich digital content, all controlled from your dashboard.
- Digital Links – Create Digital Links that direct users to key product information, such as ingredients, usage instructions, or language-specific content based on the viewer’s device.
Annual payment only. You can upgrade or cancel anytime. If cancelled, your GTINs remain permanently yours, but 2D Barcodes and Digital Links will be deactivated.
Note: No free trial is available for this plan, as GTINs are permanent and cannot be reassigned once issued.
